By accessing or using foodbox.tv, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

These Terms apply only to the website and the public website pathways described here. A signed production, sponsorship, membership, or other agreement may contain additional terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

Foodbox and Off Strip are operated by Launch Studios LLC, doing business as The Launch Studio. References to “Foodbox,” “Off Strip,” “The Launch Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to that operator where the context requires.

You may use the website for personal viewing, learning about Foodbox films, joining an available list, or making a legitimate business inquiry. You may not:

• Use the website for an unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, harvest, or overload the website.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your authority.
• Copy or republish protected site content except as permitted by law or written permission.

Off Strip films and related editorial materials are documentary and entertainment content. They are not restaurant rankings, professional advice, or guarantees about a restaurant, dish, experience, availability, safety, or business outcome.

Restaurants and people featured in editorial films may have participated in production. Editorial selection and control remain with Foodbox unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Website descriptions of participation tiers, prices, deliverables, timelines, availability, or sponsorship opportunities are general summaries. Submitting a form, booking a call, or discussing a project does not reserve a production date or create a contract.

A project begins only after the parties sign the applicable agreement and complete any required payment or other stated launch conditions. The signed agreement determines the final scope, ownership, permissions, schedule, payment terms, and remedies.

We do not guarantee views, reach, reservations, sales, revenue, media placement, distribution acceptance, or any other business result. Any third-party distribution or platform submission is subject to that third party's independent decision.

Foodbox Film Drops is a free email release list. Joining does not create a paid subscription. We may send a welcome message and a release note when a new film is ready. We do not promise a fixed publication or email schedule.

You may unsubscribe using the link in an email. Unsubscribing from Film Drops does not automatically cancel a separate Taste Off Strip membership launch-list enrollment, and the two lists are not a condition of one another.

Taste Off Strip is a paid membership offer with public launch pricing of $149 per year or $14.99 per month. Submitting the current form reserves launch access. It does not enroll you in a paid membership, authorize a future charge, or guarantee that the membership will activate on a particular date.

The first 24 eligible launch-list members receive 3 complimentary months, not lifetime access. After that period, each person may choose whether to continue at the then-current price. Final enrollment, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms will be presented before billing begins.

Taste Off Strip is intended to feature exactly four filmed restaurants each month, each with an agreed member offer and an accompanying Off Strip documentary. Every member offer may be subject to the restaurant's dates, limits, availability, exclusions, minimum spend, and redemption rules.

Launch pricing may change for new members. Existing members will receive advance notice before a renewal price change.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having authority to submit it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party material unless you are authorized to do so and understand that it will be used to evaluate or respond to your inquiry.

Submitting information through the website permits us and our service providers to process that information to respond, schedule communications, maintain records, and administer the requested list or business inquiry. Our Privacy Policy provides additional detail.

The website, Foodbox and Off Strip branding, page designs, text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of our editorial films or website content. Rights in production deliverables created for a restaurant, sponsor, or other client are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

The website may use or link to services provided by HubSpot, Google, Meta, video hosts, restaurants, maps, social platforms, or other third parties. We do not control their websites, availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices.

The website and its public content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or current.

Restaurant information can change. Before visiting or making a purchase, confirm hours, address, menu, pricing, availability, accessibility, dietary information, and reservation requirements directly with the restaurant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Studios LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website or reliance on its public content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights and remedies under a separate signed agreement are governed by that agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any different requirement in a signed agreement or applicable law, disputes concerning these website Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
