The people behind Off Strip

Not a studio. A crew you'll actually meet.

Before anyone films your restaurant, you should know who's showing up. Most production companies lead with a logo. Foodbox leads with the people: the ones who plan your film are the ones who come in to shoot it.

Your host & director

Ron Arceo

Ron trained as a cook at Escoffier and as a filmmaker at Full Sail. That's why Off Strip films look at a restaurant the way a cook does and tell its story the way a filmmaker does.

Before any shoot, we ask what really happens and when: deliveries, prep, family meal, your busiest stretch. Then we plan the shoot around that, so the day works for your kitchen, not the camera.

The cast

Every show needs more than one voice.

The restaurant is always the star. Around it, we bring in people who know food and film from the inside.

Every episode is their story: the food, the place and the people who make it.
