We collect the information you choose to submit and limited website-use information. We use it to run Foodbox, deliver films and updates, evaluate inquiries, schedule conversations, and understand what brought people to the site.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to foodbox.tv and the Foodbox, Off Strip, Film Drops, Taste Off Strip, restaurant inquiry, and brand-partner pathways operated by Launch Studios LLC, doing business as The Launch Studio. It does not control the privacy practices of restaurants or third-party websites linked from the site.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, restaurant or company, role, and information you enter into a form.
- Membership, Film Drops, restaurant-feature, sponsorship, scheduling, or other inquiry preferences.
- Appointment information when you use the embedded meeting scheduler.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, approximate location, referring page, source URL, and campaign parameters.
- Cookie and similar identifier information used by HubSpot and other site providers.
- Email engagement information, including delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribe status when available.
Please do not submit sensitive health, financial, government-identification, or other confidential information through general website forms.
How we use information
- Send requested film releases, membership information, welcome messages, and operational communications.
- Respond to restaurant, production, sponsorship, and other business inquiries.
- Schedule and prepare for conversations.
- Attribute a submission to the page, film, QR placement, or campaign that produced it.
- Maintain records, improve the website, prevent misuse, and protect the security of the site and our systems.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce agreements.
Cookies and online tracking
The site offers cookie choices. Optional HubSpot page tracking, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel load only after you accept optional cookies. We use this technology to recognize visits, connect submissions with source pages, remember certain interactions, and measure campaign performance. HubSpot forms and the meeting scheduler still load when needed to provide the service you request and may process technical information under their own policies.
Your cookie choice is saved in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Cookie choices in the footer or limit cookies through your browser settings. Declining optional cookies may reduce attribution but does not prevent you from using the forms or core pages. The site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no consistently adopted technical standard.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in an email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, or submit a request concerning a sale of covered information, by emailing offstrip@foodbox.tv. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when required for legal, security, suppression-list, or recordkeeping purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, membership, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be presented on the website or communicated when appropriate.
